The UG Programs offered by School of Computer Engineering and Technology are 4 years full time programs with trimester pattern. Introduction

The PG programs are offered to students who are interested in advanced learning and research in Computer Engineering & Technology. It equips graduates with advanced conceptual knowledge, technical skills and ability to pursue research in the field of Computer Science and Engineering, appropriate to the present ICT scenario. Apart from the core courses, the student may choose electives depending on their interests. The structure and syllabus contents are categorized as Engineering Core, Departmental Core, Departmental Electives, Humanities, and World Peace Program, Self-Study and Online Learning. Applicants to this program are expected to have a background in Computer Engineering or Information Technology. The M.Tech Program offers two specialization M.Tech in Data Science and Analytics (DSA) which provides advanced level courses in Data Mining, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Big Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Security and Privacy and Ubiquitous Computing and the second specialization M.Tech in Network Management and Cyber security(NMCS) This program provides advanced level courses in Advanced Computer Networks, Distributed Computing, Network Management, Digital Forensics, and Applied Cryptography.

Introduction

Postgraduate Diploma in Cybersecurity (PGDCS) is an agile learning program of 11 months’ duration with KPMG in India as an Academia Partner. Eminent cybersecurity practitioners of KPMG in India will leverage their experiential learnings to add value to the program. As an Academia Partner, KPMG in India will provide the training services including preparing course structure, develop/procure course content, make suitable faculties available for delivering training to participants, and provide study material and textbooks for 3 modules in the program worth 135+ hours of training and 40+ hours of project mentorship. The program will be delivered through a blended mode, consisting of online and classroom learning. It would consist of a one-week rigorous training program per Trimester at the MIT-WPU Campus, Pune (i.e., three weeks of on-campus training), while the remaining curriculum would be delivered through an online mode.
